Jerell Klaver

• I am running because the ECONOMY is the most important item facing our Country and we need a Representative who knows how to create jobs, and knows the struggles that business faces through excessive regulations and taxation. We need a Representative that is not a career politician. I will Sponsor and Introduce Legislation to get government out of the way and reduce regulatory burdens so jobs can be created.

• I am running because our CIVIL LIBERTIES are being destroyed every day. Our Federal Government no longer Honors the Bill of Rights. I will Sponsor and Introduce Legislation to restore our Civil Liberties.

• I am running because the DEFENSE of the United States has to be CONSTITUTIONAL. Yes there are very bad people in the world who want to harm us, and we must protect our great Country. However we owe it to our service Men and Women to make the wars constitutional or get them out of harms way and bring them home, now! I will Sponsor and Introduce Legislation to finish the war and bring our service men and women home.

• I am running because I believe in upholding the Oath of Office; to defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Colorado from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Our government has failed us, our current Representative has failed us. I expect at the very minimum that our leaders to fight for us, but in these dire times we need real solutions, real Legislation, real results, and not just fighters and career politicians. I will be a Representative who will not just sign onto Bills, but introduce Legislation that gets the Federal Government out of the way and empowers Colorado so that the Great American and Colorado Spirit can once again prosper.

Jerell Klaver is married to Elissa Klaver, Father to 3 Boys, a Small Business Owner and a Veteran. He is the son of an immigrant, a First Generation American and a Colorado Native.

Following his service to our country in the United States Marine Corps, he earned a BA from Colorado State University in Political Science. While in the corporate world managing million dollar programs and projects, he also earned a Masters in Business Administration. He left the corporate world to start Small Business to follow his dreams and create jobs. Together Jerell and Elissa are the proud owners of Salus® Natural Body Care in Manitou Springs.
